 Sample3 - Array 1&#xD;
 Sample4 - Array 1 coated&#xD;
 Sample5 - Array 2 coated&#xD;
 Computer generated data&#xD;

 each of these folders contains two subfolders 'drift' and 'step' containing&#xD;
 the data referring to the drift measurement and the step-function measurement&#xD;
 depicted in Fig.5 of the paper. The folder 'Comuter generated data' additionally contains a folder 'supplementary figureS1 data',  which contains the data for said figure. The specific parameters are mentioned in the folder name  (see numbers behind 'sig_x' and 'amplitude')&#xD;
