The experimental procedure and data analysis details are provided in the respective original publication. Segmentation and labeling were performed with the software Avizo. The data import is possible and was tested with Avizo and the open source software ImageJ.&#xD;
&#xD;
The data is named according to the publication "material" is the nanoporous solid, "pores" is the complete pore system and "pores.separate" is the separated pore system into individual pores</description>
