During GNSS attacks on a time server in an electrical substation, the time service is affected. These data show how IEC 61850 Sampled Values and IEEE 1588 Precision Time Protocol traffic behaves under these attacks. This is the second data packet of complementary data for the paper: "Compromising Synchrophasor Data by Attacking Time Synchronization: A Hardware-Lab Study" by Fruböse, C. et al. (2026). It comprises the jamming attacks. The data packet of GNSS spoofing attacks can be found at: (DOI) 10.35097/8k5cjmx5mqrq61qk. The pcap data has been recorded in the KASTEL Security Lab Energy at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Karlsruhe (Germany).

This work was funded by the Topic Engineering Secure Systems of the Helmholtz Association (HGF) (POF IV, LK 01, 46.23.02) and supported by KASTEL Security Research Labs, Karlsruhe.

The data have been pseudonymized, i.e., all MAC addresses and other device-specific identifiers have been replaced.
