      <description descriptionType="Abstract">The dataset "Odor_screening" contains calcium imaging data of seven different olfactory receptor (Or) neuron types of Drosophila melanogaster, measured on the antenna. 
The measured Or types are: Or10a, Or13a, Or22a, Or42b, Or47a, Or56a, Or92a.
Each folder with the title "Odor_screening_OrXXX" (XXX standing for the different numbers/letters of the Or types) contains the data of only one Or type. 
The README.txt is identical for all folders and Or types.
The folder of each Or type can be downloaded separately.</description>
      <description descriptionType="Methods">The Ors were stimulated with pure odorants (a large panel of 66 to 110 odorants).  
The ocurring calcium responses of the olfactory receptor neurons of each Or type were recorded as a fluorescence increase (or in a few cases as a decrease).
