Three .xlsx-files are provided. Each file consists of multiple worksheets that contain daily pollutant concentrations, whereby the corresponding date is indicated by the worksheet title in DD-MM-YYYY format. No post-processing of the data has been performed. Note that few individual readings of the UFP-concentration may be affected by measurement artifacts (unplausibly high or negative concentrations) and should be discarded.
"UFP-Wind-Data" contains 15-minute average UFP-concentrations and wind data (wind speed and direction) for the measurement period ranging from Nov. 20, 2024 until Mar. 30, 2025. Note that the wind data is only an indicative measurement close to the ground and may be influenced by the local building geometry.
"PM2_5-Data" contains 15-minute average PM2.5-concentrations for the measurement period ranging from Nov. 20, 2024 until Mar. 30, 2025.
"Examples_Aerosol_Dispersion" contains 1-minute average UFP-concentrations and wind data (wind speed and direction) for two exemplary events with increased concentration levels during the measurement period. Stationary temperature inversions ranging from Feb. 08, 2025 - Feb. 13, 2025 and the effect of New-Year's fireworks.
timestamp = Time (CET) respectively UTC+1;
E.g. 23:15:00 CET corresponds to 00:15:00 AM local time in Germany and contains the 15-minute average data ranging from 00:00:00 AM up 00:15:00 AM.
aerosol_cn = Total particle number concentration (UFP) measured by the AQ Guard Smart 2000; Unit: 1/cm³
weather_wind_speed = Local wind speed; Unit: km/h
weather_wind_direction = Local wind direction; Unit: °
pm2_5 = Particle concentration of the PM2.5 fraction measured by the Fidas Smart 100; Unit: µg/m³
