This Version 1.0.0 release provides the complete publication-facing dataset for hydrothermal biomass treatment and liquefaction. It contains 3,693 literature-derived records and 145 documented variables covering source provenance, feedstock identity and composition, operating conditions, process context, product yields, condensed-phase properties, energy and carbon allocation metrics, derived descriptors, and quality-assurance fields.
The release supersedes the previous dataset version, which contained an earlier 3,543-record export. Version 1.0.0 restores the complete 3,693-record dataset and provides updated source identifiers, column-level metadata, checksums, executed data-overview and curation-traceability notebooks, and static HTML outputs for direct inspection.
The dataset is centered on lignocellulosic and lignin-rich feedstocks while retaining mixed and boundary feedstocks where relevant to hydrothermal conversion research. It covers hydrothermal liquefaction, hydrothermal carbonization, solvothermal hydrothermal liquefaction, and aqueous-phase reforming, with source years spanning 1982–2026 and 433 distinct nonblank biomass labels.
Selected source-title and source-identifier fields were corrected or normalized during preparation of this release. Numerical composition data, operating conditions, product-response variables, and derived scientific quantities were not altered by these provenance corrections.
Version 1.0.0 should be used for future analysis, citation, and reproducibility work.
