(Instrument) Bruker ultrafleXtreme equipped with a 337 nm smart beam laser in the reflective mode was used. The protein mixture Protein 1 calibration standard was used for calibration. For the spectra, 4000 laser shots with 24% laser power were collected. The laser repetition rate was 1000 Hz.
